Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase from www.fereya-shop.com.

We want every Fereya piece to feel right from the moment it arrives. If for any reason it does not, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Romanian consumer protection legislation (OUG 34/2014).

Pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within *14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us at office@fereya-shop.com within the 14-day cooling-off period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or custom-made items, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.*

How to initiate a return

To begin the return process, please complete the Return Form available in your client account. The form is accessible for 14 days from the date of delivery. Once this period has passed, the form expires and returns can no longer be processed. Returns requested outside of this period may be considered at our discretion.

Return conditions

To be accepted, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged
  • All original tags attached and original packaging included

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Fereya. Should you have any questions about the return process, we are available by phone or email and happy to guide you through each step.

Exchanges and alterations

If you would like to exchange a piece or explore an alteration, please contact us directly. We will do our best to find the right solution for you.

Made-to-order and made-to-measure pieces

Most Fereya pieces are not held in immediate stock. They are produced individually for each customer on a made-to-order basis. In accordance with OUG 34/2014, art. 16, let. c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or that are clearly personalised in nature.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you have received a made-to-order piece that does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will do everything we can to find a solution together.
