Welcome to the Fereya Shop website, hereinafter referred to as the website, these terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as T&Cs, apply from the moment you view the website and by continuing to use this website, either as a visitor or as a registered customer and by purchasing the products offered, you implicitly express your acceptance of and lack of reservations to these T&Cs and you agree to use the website for personal and non-commercial use only.
In T&Cs the following terms shall be defined and interpreted as follows:
- Seller: FEREYA ATELIER SRL, with registered office in 24 EUGEN JEBELEANU Street, Voluntari, Ilfov, Romania, registered with the Romanian Trade Office under number J23/1943/02.05.2017, with CUI 37481965;
- Buyer/Customer: natural person/legal person who places an order on the fereya.ro website;
- Contract: the totality of the provisions of this T&C, which the Customer accepts by placing an order. According to Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce the contract is deemed to be concluded when the acceptance of the offer to contract has become known to the tenderer;
- Terms and Conditions: provisions governing the contractual relations between visitors and users or the website and Fereya Atelier SRL. These T&Cs may be modified and updated at any time;
- Order: the Customer’s intention to purchase Fereya products. The order will acquire contractual value only when accepted by Fereya Atelier SRL by issuing a confirmation of processing and delivery;
- Products: quiet luxury women’s clothing manufactured and sold by Fereya Atelier SRL;
- Products made according to customer specifications: any products that are made based on individual choices or customer decision;
- Personal data: any information relating to a natural person/legal person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more elements specific to his physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;
- Data processing: any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data collected for the purpose of processing the order, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;
- Force majeure: external, unforeseeable and unavoidable event. Without being exhaustive, the following are cases of force majeure: wars, social unrest, floods, fires or landslides and any other natural disasters;

The entire content of this site and the site itself is protected by copyright, trademark and all applicable intellectual rights and laws.
No content or material presented here may be used, copied, distributed without the prior express written consent of Fereya Atelier SRL. All rights are reserved, worldwide.
Users of the site fereya.ro are obliged to respect all copyrights and all related rights and any other intellectual property rights owned by Fereya Atelier SRL.
Personal data and privacy
Fereya Atelier SRL collects personal data in compliance with the provisions of Regulation No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), applicable in all Member States of the European Union since 25.05.2018.
All your personal data is collected, stored and used in accordance with the applicable legislation. Personal data is collected for billing purposes, as well as to improve and personalize your shopping experience on fereya.ro website. Personal data may also be used for marketing purposes, such as the newsletter, from which the Customer has the option to unsubscribe at any time.
To place orders on our website, you can choose a guest checkout or registration, which allows you to enjoy some of the personalized shopping features on the fereya.ro website.
All data provided as part of the registration process is stored and protected by applicable law.
Keep your account password safe at all times and contact us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Fereya Atelier SRL will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account, but you may be liable for Fereya Atelier losses due to such unauthorized use of your registered account.
Order placement and acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Items added to your shopping cart are not reserved and may be available for purchase by other customers.
When placing an order, you will receive an email with the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but once your order is in progress, your order has been accepted and you will receive an order confirmation.
Items that will be made as custom orders, adjusting size, colors, fit, will require additional production time and the team will coordinate with you on this process and estimate delivery time.
We reserve the right to refuse your order if we are unable to obtain payment authorization or if shipping restrictions apply in your country of residence.
Fereya reserves the right to refuse orders requesting customization.
We may refuse to process orders or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Stock
As an independent, sustainable and creative business, items appearing with the traditional “stock” label means we have the fabric, pattern, production and all other resources to deliver your order within a timeframe agreed with you, depending on any customisation requests from you.
Sometimes, we have a minimum stock of already made items, but we try as much as possible to cut especially for you, made-to-order, an essential step towards slow-fashion and sustainability.
Prices & Payments
Prices will be shown inclusive of VAT for EU purchases and exclusive of VAT for items purchased and to be shipped outside the EU.
Prices do not include shipping costs and customs duties that you may incur according to the legislation applicable in your country of residence.
For items that are made to measure, we will apply an additional charge of €80 . We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods that may be indicated on our website.
Pay online with Visa or Mastercard, all securely through our payment processor Shopify Payments. Card processing is done exclusively Shopify’s secure servers. The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that fereya-shop.com does not store your confidential card data, but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. This way, your information is safe. When you choose to pay by credit card, your transaction will appear on your bank statements with “www.fereya-shop.com”.
The right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights you may return your Fereya purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full return of the value of the item. You must inform us as quickly as possible of your intent to return, at office@fereya-shop.com. All items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract terminates the obligations of the contractual parties to perform the contract at a distance or to conclude a distance contract if you have placed an order.
We will do our best to cut to size, but please note that natural fabrics are flexible, each colour behaves and made differently. Premium apparel manufacturing has an accepted tolerance of +/- 0.5-1 cm for each measurement parameter.
Items can of course be tried on, but must be returned in the same condition as received. Therefore, returned items must not be worn or washed and must have all original tags intact.
Please note that items that are custom made or personalised cannot be returned.
Our products can be cut in any colour you wish (other than those shown on our website for that product) with the following T&Cs:
Size – We can adjust the size of the product to your desired measurements. We will not charge any additional fee for changes within +/- 5 cm per parameter, but if the desired length to be increased is more than 5 cm. we will apply a fee of 20€ for cotton and linen fabrics and 50€ for silk. Once a product is modified to a custom size, if you choose to return it, we will charge/deduct a customization fee of €50 from the return value.
You can choose to receive your refund either as a store credit to your FEREYA account or back to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account due to different processing times between payment providers. We strive to avoid manufacturing errors, but if you receive the item in any other than perfect condition, please contact us immediately and send it back to us no later than 14 days after receipt. For agreed repairs and alterations, we will send you the necessary information to have the items shipped back for correction at our expense.
In the event of a return, the value of the returned product will be refunded within a maximum of 14 working days of receiving our product back, depending on the bank issuing the bank cards.
Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of contractual obligations if such non-performance is due to an event of force majeure.
Applicable law
This contract is subjected to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between FEREYA ATELIER SRL and Customers will be settled amicably by sending a complaint to office@fereya-shop.com. If after going through this procedure, the parties fail to reach an amicable solution, the dissatisfied party may apply to court.
The territorial jurisdiction in the event of any disputes shall belong to the court in whose district the Seller is based.
Modification of T & C
FEREYA ATELIER SRL reserves the right to modify, update the content of the site www.fereya.ro and the provisions contained in the T & C without prior notice to users or third parties.
Final provisions
These provisions are supplemented by the Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain regulatory acts, Law No. 296/2004 of the Consumer Code, Law 365/2002 on e-commerce.
