Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you register for an account so that you can start adding pieces to your Wishlist, however, you can place and track orders as a guest and sign up to a time that suits you. Please note, any orders placed under guest checkout will not show if you create an account at a later date.

 

How do i return or exchange an item?

Thank you for your purchase from www.fereya-shop.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please send it back to us for a refund.

It's easy to return it, the procedure is quick and easy and free of charge.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt. 

Please fill in the RETURN FORM available in your client account.

This form is available 14 days starting delivery date. Afterwards, the form expires and the return is no longer possible.

Returns outside of this period may be accepted at our discretion.

If you want to exchange the product or alter it, please let us know your feedback and we will gladly find a solution for you to wear your favorite look.

In order to successfully return any items ordered at Fereya, you should comply with the following requests:

 Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

 Perfect condition means that the items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused and unwashed,

Which payment methods are accepted on the website?

Payment shall be made online when you place your order. If order accepted, you will be informed about the time and means of delivery.

 

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the case of products which are crafted with handmade embroidery and may encounter slight differences in the pattern/setting of the lace. Also, the color of the fabrics may differ by no more than 2-3 tones.

 

How will I know my order has been received?

After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In base of your payment method, your order will be processed and you will receive your status order. The order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card and address details have been approved and verified.

 

Can I cancel my order?

We are pleased to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the store. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it if you wish. 

 

When will I be charged?

Should you go for a credit card payment, the process will be completed and authorized in a matter of minutes. When you choose to pay by wire transfer, we will need a confirmation from the bank and then we can process your order further to the workshop.

 

How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.
